1.1 Personal Data:

When you use our App, you will see all information like:

• Bank information for salary.

Collected by company in form paper. We have a server and admin panel where the company uploads all information to the database. From that database, we show all information by API in the application.

1.2 Usage Data:

We show information from the company database to the application. This Usage Data may include information for further uses if any employee resigns from the company and re-joins. We need his/her previous information regarding performance.

1.3 Permissions:

In this application, we are using some permissions. Those permissions are:

• Internet Permissions:

  All data in this application comes from the server by API.

• Vibration, Wake lock, Foreground Service, Schedule Exact Alarm, Use Exact Alarm:

  We use the schedule package name android_alarm_manager_plus to give an alarm to the employee 10 minutes before attendance every day. To do this scheduling, this package and its permissions are required.

• Post Notification:

  For notifications to show in the application.

• Read and Write External Storage:

  The application has an option named Car Requisition, which requires photos. We track the car's mileage and how much has been used after each use. For this, we take images of the meter to track the car's usage.

2. Use of Data

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our App
• To notify you about changes to our App
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our App when you choose to do so
• To provide employee support

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as follows:
